Waiter/Waitress - Foreign Language Speaker

JOB SUMMARY

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.

• Take and process orders accurately using the POS (Micros) system.

• Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

• Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate.

• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently.

  
  

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.

• Fluent in English and at least one additional foreign language.

• Trained in HACCP and experienced with Micros POS.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance, well-organized, and guest focused.
