Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.

  • Assist guests with vehicle drop-off and collection services.

  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.

  • Open vehicle and hotel entrance doors for guests as required.

  • Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information about hotel facilities when needed.

  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections upon receipt and document any existing damage.

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and valet tickets.

  • Ensure all guest vehicles are handled with care and in accordance with hotel procedures.

  • Manage traffic flow at the hotel entrance and designated parking areas.

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.

  • Report any incidents, accidents, or security concerns immediately to management.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and parking facilities.

  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and service standards.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school certificate or equivalent qualification.

  • Previous experience in valet parking, customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.

  • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
