Job description

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.

  • Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.

  • Assist with food preparation and storage, ensuring hygiene standards are met.

  • Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas tidy and in compliance with safety and health regulations.

  • Support the kitchen and restaurant team with stock organization, deliveries, and inventory management.

  • Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas for special events or daily operations.

  • Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals properly, following all safety protocols.

Job requirements

Candidate profile:

  • Previous experience as a steward or in a similar role is preferred.

  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
