  • Address guest requests, feedback, and concerns with efficiency and discretion.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist in a 5-star luxury hotel/resort is mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.

  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.

  • Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation.

  • Proficiency in using spa management or hotel reservation systems.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
