We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager specializing in the leisure segment to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving leisure sales within the European & Latin America markets, developing strategies to attract and retain leisure guests, and fostering strong relationships with key partners and clients.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience within luxury hotel chains/5-star luxury hotels & resorts is required.

  • Understanding the DMC/Tour Operators needs in order to build “win-win strategic partnerships”.

  • Proven prospecting and luxury business development abilities.

  • Substantial knowledge and established network of connections within luxury agents.

  • Proactively finding opportunities for business growth by securing the development of the existing portfolio, while simultaneously acquiring new accounts.

  • Experience and connections within luxury travel network and communities are a plus e.g. private concierge & lifestyle companies, luxury clubs etc.

  • Strong luxury sales, negotiation and closing skills.

  • Understanding of international feeder markets and luxury buying behaviors.

  • Focus on solution-oriented problem management.
