Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager specializing in the leisure segment to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving leisure sales within the European & Latin America markets, developing strategies to attract and retain leisure guests, and fostering strong relationships with key partners and clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience within luxury hotel chains/5-star luxury hotels & resorts is required.
Understanding the DMC/Tour Operators needs in order to build “win-win strategic partnerships”.
Proven prospecting and luxury business development abilities.
Substantial knowledge and established network of connections within luxury agents.
Proactively finding opportunities for business growth by securing the development of the existing portfolio, while simultaneously acquiring new accounts.
Experience and connections within luxury travel network and communities are a plus e.g. private concierge & lifestyle companies, luxury clubs etc.
Strong luxury sales, negotiation and closing skills.
Understanding of international feeder markets and luxury buying behaviors.
Focus on solution-oriented problem management.
