Senior Business Development Manager - Asia and China Market

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to oversee and manage sales efforts in the Asia and China region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry, with proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, including key accounts, corporate partnerships, and leisure markets in Asia and China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to capture key accounts and drive revenue growth in the Asia and China market.

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and key accounts.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotel's presence across the Asia and China region.

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to create tailored offerings and promotions for clients.

  • Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen the hotel’s brand visibility.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.

  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs while maintaining the hotel’s standards of excellence.

Job requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development within the luxury hotel industry, with a focus on the Asia and China markets.

  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including luxury travel trends and market dynamics in Asia and China.

  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships, driving revenue, and achieving sales targets.

  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese highly preferred.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and hotel sales management tools.

  • Ability to travel frequently within Asia and China as required.
