Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to oversee and manage sales efforts in the Asia and China region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry, with proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, including key accounts, corporate partnerships, and leisure markets in Asia and China.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to capture key accounts and drive revenue growth in the Asia and China market.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotel's presence across the Asia and China region.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to create tailored offerings and promotions for clients.
Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen the hotel’s brand visibility.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
Achieve set sales targets and KPIs while maintaining the hotel’s standards of excellence.
Job requirements
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development within the luxury hotel industry, with a focus on the Asia and China markets.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including luxury travel trends and market dynamics in Asia and China.
Proven track record of building successful partnerships, driving revenue, and achieving sales targets.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese highly preferred.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Familiarity with CRM software and hotel sales management tools.
Ability to travel frequently within Asia and China as required.
