Lifeguard

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a vigilant and experienced Lifeguard to join our 5-star hotel team. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for all guests. The ideal candidate must be CPR certified, physically fit, and have a strong understanding of water safety and guest service in a luxury setting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise swimming activities and ensure guest safety at all times.

• Perform rescues and provide CPR/First Aid when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and order of pool facilities and equipment.

• Secure and properly position sun loungers and umbrellas.

• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to Engineering.

• Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, services, and operating hours.

Candidate profile:

• Valid Lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, RLSS, or equivalent).

• CPR and First Aid certification (mandatory).

• Minimum 1 year of lifeguarding experience, preferably in hospitality.

• Strong swimming ability and high level of physical fitness.

• Professional appearance, excellent communication, and guest service skills.

• Willingness to work outdoors, including weekends and holidays.
