Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment, supporting front desk operations, guest interaction, and daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Answer guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
Support the Front Office team in handling reservations, guest requests, and administrative tasks.
Maintain a welcoming and professional lobby environment at all times.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and special requests.
Uphold the hotel's standards for service excellence and guest satisfaction.
Job requirements
Candidate Profile:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
