Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment, supporting front desk operations, guest interaction, and daily administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

  • Answer guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.

  • Support the Front Office team in handling reservations, guest requests, and administrative tasks.

  • Maintain a welcoming and professional lobby environment at all times.

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and special requests.

  • Uphold the hotel's standards for service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Job requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
