Job description

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

•Preparing, negotiating and sending proposals & contracts.

•Determining group rates based on evaluation with support of DOS&E.

•Handling negotiations to ensure maximization of revenue income.

•Attending site Inspections and entertainments to show case the property.

•Achieving targets such as number of sales calls, entertainments, site inspections, received leads and conversion rate.

•Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports such as production reports, lead status reports, personal month end reports, etc.

•Implementing brand standards in all sales processes.

•Assisting senior management with all travel arrangements and appointments.

•Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Job requirements

Candidate Profile:

•2 years of experience working as sales coordinator, preferably in 5-star luxury hotel.

•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

•Very good presentation skills (site inspections).

•Knowledge and experience with Opera and Microsoft Office is mandatory.

•Team player with supportive attitude.

•UAE driving license.
