Sales Assistant – Flower Shop (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Sales Assistant (Arabic Speaker) to join our Flower Shop team within a prestigious 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, floral products, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide personalized service in both Arabic and English

• Promote and sell floral arrangements, bouquets, and gift items

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online orders efficiently

• Coordinate with florists on custom arrangements and special requests

• Manage billing, cash handling, and POS transactions

• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards

• Support hotel events, weddings, and special occasions with floral sales

• Ensure the flower shop meets 5-star cleanliness and service standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality (flower shop experience is an advantage)

• Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Sales-driven, proactive, and well-presented

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
