JOB SUMMARY

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

·Establish direct communication with all Residents and is a continuous source of information and assistance for them

·Act as the person liaising and handling queries and requests directly with the Residents for concerns and for necessary follow ups

·Follow up on the outstanding payments for incidentals if any on a regular/monthly basis and collect payments accordingly

·Maintain positive and effective communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, IT, Sales and Reservation Team

·Responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities for Palazzo Versace – i.e. through the “A la Carte Services”

·Prepare and carry out shift handover and to ensure that the desk is left tidy and that all work has been completed

·Provide tours of the hotel and its facilities as requested and required

·Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Residence Liaison Manager/ Senior Management

Job requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

·Minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist or Concierge in a 5 star Hotel

·Previous Residence or Serviced Apartments experience in Dubai or UAE

·Advanced knowledge of English language spoken and written

·Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook in particular)

·Knowledge of Opera

·Knowledge of Dubai and surrounding area

·Flexible approach to people and tasks

·Problem solving and follow-up abilities
