Moroccan Hammam Therapist

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform professional services according to standards with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.

• Provide a variety of high-quality spa treatments, with a focus on Moroccan hammams.

• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to tailor treatments to their specific needs.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in treatment rooms and communal areas.

• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with hotel policies.

• Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.
  

• Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally and courteously.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury hotel or spa setting.

2. Proven expertise in performing Moroccan hammams and other traditional treatments.

3. Relevant certifications in massage therapy, esthetics, or related fields.

4. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
