Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Learning & Development Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in training coordination, employee development, and HR administration in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating training programs for hotel staff.
Support the L&D team in preparing training materials, presentations, and reports.
Maintain employee training records and ensure compliance with training schedules.
Assist in organizing orientation sessions for new hires.
Gather feedback from employees and trainers to improve training effectiveness.
Help coordinate leadership development initiatives and cross-departmental training.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling training sessions and handling documentation.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Passion for learning and development within the hospitality industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
