Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Learning & Development Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in training coordination, employee development, and HR administration in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating training programs for hotel staff.

  • Support the L&D team in preparing training materials, presentations, and reports.

  • Maintain employee training records and ensure compliance with training schedules.

  • Assist in organizing orientation sessions for new hires.

  • Gather feedback from employees and trainers to improve training effectiveness.

  • Help coordinate leadership development initiatives and cross-departmental training.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling training sessions and handling documentation.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Passion for learning and development within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
