    Job Summary:

    Main Duties / Responsibilities

    • Repair, maintain, and install Kitchen/Laundry equipment to meet hotel standards.

    • Perform regular testing and maintenance of kitchen/laundry equipment.

    • Conduct PAT testing on portable appliances as required.

    • Complete work orders, PPM & CWAs, and general maintenance tasks as needed.

    • Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety procedures.

    Job requirements

    Candidate Profile:

    • High School Diploma

    • Electrical Trade Certificate

    • 5+ years as a Kitchen Technician in hospitality

    • Strong problem-solving skills

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Knowledge of kitchen/laundry equipment and safety
