Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards.
- Support the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including staff supervision and training.
- Participate in menu planning and the development of new recipes.
- Ensure proper inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to foster teamwork and effective communication.
- Assist in maintaining health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
