Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Support the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including staff supervision and training.
  • Participate in menu planning and the development of new recipes.
  • Ensure proper inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to foster teamwork and effective communication.
  • Assist in maintaining health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.

Job requirements

Candidate Profile:



  • Culinary degree or diploma.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
