Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on hardware, software, and systems.

  • Monitor the hotel’s network to ensure smooth and secure connectivity.

  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment and technology systems.

  • Provide training to hotel staff on IT tools and systems.

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and provide solutions.

  • Maintain documentation of IT issues and solutions for future reference.

  • Ensure the security of hotel data and IT infrastructure.

Job requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and various software applications.

  • Experience with hotel management systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.

  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
