Job description
Main Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on hardware, software, and systems.
Monitor the hotel’s network to ensure smooth and secure connectivity.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment and technology systems.
Provide training to hotel staff on IT tools and systems.
Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and provide solutions.
Maintain documentation of IT issues and solutions for future reference.
Ensure the security of hotel data and IT infrastructure.
Job requirements
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and various software applications.
Experience with hotel management systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
