    JOB SUMMARY


    Main Duties/Responsibilities:

    Provide professional support to the engineering team in the following:
    • Organize and execute maintenance tasks for Chillers and HVAC equipment.
    • Implement Work Orders, PPMs, CWAs, and General Maintenance as directed by Team Leaders.
    • Conduct PAT testing for portable appliances and ensure compliance with the FLS matrix.
    • Maintain Fire, Life & Safety Systems and manage related records.
    • Keep the work area clean and adapt to additional tasks as requested by management.

    Job requirements

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • 3+ years in HVAC, 2+ years in hotels.
    • High School Diploma and HVAC Certificate required.
    • Knowledge of Building Management Systems and basic engineering drawings.
    • Skilled in HVAC maintenance, especially chiller compressors.
    • Strong English communication skills.
    • Ability to work with a multicultural team.
