Housekeeping/Public Area Attendant (Residencial property)

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping/Public Area Attendant to join the housekeeping team at our prestigious residential property in Dubai. This role is for sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai, upholding the same standards of luxury, service, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, staircases, and restrooms.

• Ensure all surfaces, furniture, and decorative features are dust-free and polished.

• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues.

• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.

• Respond promptly to residents’ requests and report any incidents or irregularities to the supervisor.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in line with the property’s luxury positioning.

• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or public area cleaning, preferably in a hotel or residential environment.

• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
