Housekeeping Attendant

Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas according to the hotel's luxury standards and procedures.

Ensure guest rooms are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Make beds, replenish amenities, and replace linen and towels as required.

Clean and maintain bathrooms, floors, furniture, fixtures, and other guest room areas.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, lost and found items, or guest concerns promptly to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Ensure all housekeeping equipment, supplies, and cleaning materials are used correctly and safely.

Follow established procedures for handling guest belongings, lost and found items, and room access.

Maintain a professional and discreet approach when working in guest rooms and interacting with guests.

Respond courteously to guest requests and provide assistance when required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping pantries, trolleys, and back-of-house areas.

Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security standards at all times.

Support the Housekeeping team with additional duties as required by the Supervisor or management.

Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping Attendant in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.

Good knowledge of guest room cleaning and housekeeping standards.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties for extended periods.

Professional, reliable, and guest-focused attitude.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices is an advantage.
