Role Overview:

We are looking for Director of Sales - Real Estate for a sister concern of Palazzo Versace Hotel and our established real estate group, offering a unique opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team within a trusted network.

You will be responsible for defining the overall sales vision, building high-performance sales structures, and driving revenue growth across all real estate segments. The role demands strategic leadership, strong market insights, and the ability to position the brokerage as a top-tier player in the luxury property landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the overall sales strategy and revenue roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

  • Establish and refine sales processes, frameworks, and KPIs to optimize lead conversion and team productivity.

  • Lead senior sales teams, including Sales Managers and top-producing agents, through coaching, performance management, and talent development.

  • Secure exclusive agreements with premium developers and property owners to expand the company’s exclusive listings portfolio.

  • Represent the company at high-level negotiations, investment meetings, and partnership discussions with UHNW clients and institutional investors.

  • Monitor market intelligence and competitor activity, using insights to guide pricing strategies, project positioning, and market entry decisions.

  • Oversee sales budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate projections, target setting, and revenue reporting for executive leadership.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of real estate experience in the UAE, with proven senior sales leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and lead large-scale sales operations.

  • Strong strategic planning capabilities with a track record of expanding market share.

  • Established relationships with leading developers, UHNW clientele, and investment groups.

  • Expertise in sales analytics, revenue forecasting, and performance measurement.

  • Valid RERA certification is a must.
