As the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will lead the strategic development and execution of all marketing, public relations, and communication initiatives for Palazzo Versace Dubai. Your primary goal is to strengthen the hotel’s brand presence, enhance guest engagement, and position the property as a premier luxury destination globally and regionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Champion the hotel’s brand identity, ensuring all advertising, collateral, and promotional materials are consistent with Palazzo Versace Dubai’s guidelines and global standards.

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing, PR, and communications strategy in collaboration with relevant departments, aligning with business objectives and revenue targets.

Public Relations & Communications

  • Manage media relations, press office activities, and crisis communications.

  • Cultivate relationships with key media, influencers, and partners to maximize positive coverage and brand visibility.

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media engagement.

  • Coordinate photography, videography, and creative content production to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across platforms.

  • Drive direct bookings through digital campaigns and online brand presence optimization.

Events & Partnerships

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of promotional events, collaborations, and partnerships that elevate brand perception and guest engagement.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support F&B promotions, spa initiatives, and special events.

Financial & Administrative Management

  • Prepare, forecast, and control marketing and communications budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.

  • Measure and analyze campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies to meet business goals.

Job requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a senior role in luxury hospitality, within a 5-star hotel environment.

  • Regional Expertise: Experience in the Middle East is a must.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

    • Strong organizational and project management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Professional, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and attention to detail.
