Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes specific to Persian, Arabic, and Mediterranean cuisine.

  • Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs while maintaining creativity and authenticity.

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen at all times.

  • Assist in mise-en-place, stock control, and minimizing food wastage.

  • Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Commis 1 in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.

  • Strong knowledge of Persian, Arabic, or Mediterranean cuisine.

  • Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and passion for food.

  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
