Butler - Italian/Russian/French/Spanish Speaker

About the Role

The Butler provides personalized, discreet, and high-end service to assigned guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable luxury stay. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs, managing special requests, and delivering exceptional in-room and personalized services.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized butler services to VIP and assigned guests

Handle guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B for guest needs

Assist with unpacking/packing, wardrobe care, and in-room service

Arrange dining, transportation, and in-room experiences

Ensure guest satisfaction and privacy at all times

Qualifications:

Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred

2–4 years’ experience as Butler or in luxury hotel guest service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of professionalism, grooming, and discretion

Knowledge of VIP service standards in luxury hotels

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Fluency in English (mandatory)

Additional languages highly preferred: Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic
