JOB SUMMARY:

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.

• Assist with check-in/check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Manage guest requests, reservations, and inquiries efficiently and courteously.

• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest services, including dining, housekeeping, and concierge.

• Maintain an organized and welcoming environment in guest suites and common areas.

• Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end service environment is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
