Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to attract and grow business from the Indian market.

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across Weddings, Social Events, MICE, and Leisure travel.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Indian wedding planners, travel agents, corporate clients, and DMCs.

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and sales missions across India and the GCC.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events and guest experiences.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Achieve or exceed revenue targets and KPIs aligned with the hotel’s business goals.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the luxury hospitality sector in the UAE, with a strong focus on the Indian market.

  • A successful track record in securing high-profile Indian weddings, leisure groups, or MICE business.

  • Deep understanding of Indian cultural, wedding, and social event customs.

  • Strong existing network of Indian travel trade partners, DMCs, and event planners.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel regularly to India and other target markets as needed.
