Bellman (Residencial property)

We are looking for a courteous and service-oriented Bellman to join our team at a residential property in Dubai. This position is for our sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

• Assist with luggage handling, deliveries, and transport arrangements.

• Escort residents and guests to their units when required.

• Provide general information about the property and available services.

• Coordinate with security and reception teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the entrance, lobby, and driveway areas.

• Respond to resident requests professionally and promptly.

• Report any unusual activity or incidents to the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or high-end residential property.

• Polished appearance and excellent communication skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

• Good physical condition and stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of Dubai’s locations and transport services is a plus.
