Job description
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to drive leisure market growth across United Kingdom & key European countries, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and luxury travel segments.
Identify and secure new business opportunities by building strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and key industry partners across United Kingdom & Europe.
Foster long-term relationships with top-tier clients and ensure a personalized, high-quality service to meet the unique needs of each guest.
Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to provide strategic insights and adjust plans accordingly.
Ensure the hotel’s luxury brand image is communicated effectively through all leisure market outreach, events, and materials.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the seamless integration of guest needs into the guest experience, enhancing overall satisfaction and loyalty.
Job requirements
Candidate Profile:
Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in leisure sales and clear understanding of respective markets, particularly within luxury hotels.
Established network within the European leisure travel market, including top-tier travel agencies and luxury tour operators.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into strategic actions.
Fluent in English; additional European language skills (French, German, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
Ability to travel frequently within Europe as required.
