Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive leisure market growth across United Kingdom & key European countries, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and luxury travel segments.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by building strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and key industry partners across United Kingdom & Europe.

  • Foster long-term relationships with top-tier clients and ensure a personalized, high-quality service to meet the unique needs of each guest.

  • Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to provide strategic insights and adjust plans accordingly.

  • Ensure the hotel’s luxury brand image is communicated effectively through all leisure market outreach, events, and materials.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the seamless integration of guest needs into the guest experience, enhancing overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Job requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • At least 5 years of experience in leisure sales and clear understanding of respective markets, particularly within luxury hotels.

  • Established network within the European leisure travel market, including top-tier travel agencies and luxury tour operators.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into strategic actions.

  • Fluent in English; additional European language skills (French, German, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.

  • Ability to travel frequently within Europe as required.
