Assistant Revenue & Reservations Manager

Job description
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize room revenue.
Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to optimize room availability and pricing.
Oversee the reservations team to ensure efficient and accurate reservation processing.
Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications with exceptional service standards.
Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Front Office, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
Review daily reports to track room availability, occupancy rates, and performance metrics.
Support revenue management processes through forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on revenue performance.
Maintain a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase revenue.
Provide training and guidance to the reservations team to enhance their product knowledge and service delivery.
Job requirements
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
Strong understanding of revenue management principles, booking systems, and hotel operations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
