Job description
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver impeccable service and hospitality.
Supervise and manage staff performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
Monitor and control inventory and stock levels, ensuring proper organization and minimizing waste.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and efficient communication.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring positive guest experiences.
Assist with scheduling, staff allocations, and other operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee the implementation of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job requirements
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
