Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver impeccable service and hospitality.

  • Supervise and manage staff performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.

  • Monitor and control inventory and stock levels, ensuring proper organization and minimizing waste.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and efficient communication.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring positive guest experiences.

  • Assist with scheduling, staff allocations, and other operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Oversee the implementation of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A proactive and guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
