About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and resident engagement for a residential building in Dubai. This role is with a sister company of our established real estate group, offering a unique opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team within a trusted network.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE tenancy laws, Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) guidelines, and community management best practices. You will be responsible for enhancing resident satisfaction, maintaining building standards, and fostering a vibrant and inclusive living environment.
Preferred candidates will have a background in facilities management and/or engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and care.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, Dubai Municipality guidelines, and all relevant UAE legal requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, security, housekeeping) to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality throughout the building.
Oversee building inspections, health and safety protocols, and regulatory compliance (e.g., fire safety, pest control, elevator licensing).
Manage all aspects of move-in and move-out processes, including documentation, inspections, and logistics.
Maintain up-to-date records on residents, leases, and incidents, ensuring privacy and compliance standards are met.
Support leasing and renewal efforts by fostering a high level of resident satisfaction and minimizing turnover.
Implement and enforce building rules, policies, and community guidelines in a clear and diplomatic manner.
Job requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in community or property management in Dubai or the UAE.
Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
RERA Certification or equivalent training preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE tenancy laws, RERA regulations, and local property management practices.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Fluent in English;
Proficient in property management software and communication tools.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.
